A quiz is a form of game or mind sport in which the players (as individuals or in teams) attempt to answer questions correctly. A quiz is also a brief assessment used in education and similar fields to measure growth in knowledge, abilities, and/or skills.
The purpose of conducting this Electrical quiz is to bring out the hidden intellect of the students which gives stimulation to the learning process.
Several rounds of questions on general and technical subject will be posed to the students of various groups that help to review their conceptual knowledge and to develop competitive spirit.
RULES:
The quiz will be conducted in two stages apart from Preliminary Round.
Preliminary Round

There will be a written test based on Electrical based Questions.

Allotted time is 8 minutes.

2 members per team are allowed.

10 teams will be selected to First Stage.
First Stage
Here we will step into Quiz Process.
The first stage will be of general questions which include three parts
-
Multiple choice questions.
-
True or false.
-
Fill in the blanks.
-
Each team will have to face 6 questions.
-
No negative marking.
-
Each questions carries 10 marks.

Time allotted for first stage is 30 min.

Participants will be selected for the second stage depending upon the marks scored in first stage.

5 teams will be shortlisted to Final Stage.
Final Stage
-
Two Rounds will be conducted within 10 minutes.

Second round will be rapid fire round with 10 questions with 90 seconds time limit.

The winner and the runner-up will be selected depending upon the marks scored in second stage.

Participation Certificates will be provided for Final Stage Participants.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Individual participants can take up the Quiz.
-
The Quiz must be completed in the stipulated time limit. (50 minutes).
